A&O had examined and identified the different repair needs during prior bridge inspections as part of the Fayetteville Bridge Maintenance Program. Thus, A&O was selected to head all four phases of this newest repair project.

In the first phase of the project, A&O conducted the necessary background work to prepare for the repairs. To adjust prices for inflation, A&O performed the necessary studies and adjusted the repair budget to meet the needs shown in prior inspection reports. Once this phase was completed, A&O moved into the design and construction administration phases. They prepared the various repair plans and developed cost estimates and project specifications.

During the construction administration phase, the A&O team assisted with bidding, attended all conferences and meetings, coordinated with contractors to perform site inspections, and prepared inspection reports. During construction, we reviewed all RFIs, RFPs, and project submittals. At the end of the project, we delivered the as-built drawings to the City. Ω
