Forrest is a senior designer and project manager responsible for civil and structural plan development, construction administration and QA/QC. His construction administration experience consists of assistance with bidding, meetings, inspections, submittal review, payment review, project closeout, and building certification.

Bill joined A&O in January 2019 with more than 30 years of experience with civil-site design; stormwater drainage design; water, sewer, and underground utilities layout and design; earthwork quantity calculations; and hydrogeologic studies. He owned a stormwater maintenance company for 11 years, specializing in stormwater remediation, erosion control, stormwater systems inspections and maintenance, drainage infrastrucure design and installation, landscape maintenance and installation. As a business owner, he gained experience in business development, client relations, marketing, employee relations, financial management, equipment procurement and management.

Matthew joined Alpha & Omega Group in January 2018 to manage bridge inspections. Seeing bridge preservation as a way to save money over time, his focus is to serve clients by providing NBIS bridge inspections, condition assessments, and maintenance and rehabilitation solutions to extend the life of bridges.
With 17 years of experience as a professional engineer, Matthew has been certified as an NBIS (National Bridge Inspection Standards) team leader since 2009. He has inspected more than 1,000 highway bridges, 1,000 railroad bridges, and 400 signal poles. He has conducted 49 bridge rehabilitation projects, three tunnel rehabilitation projects and 50 in-depth condition assessments for bridges. In addition to bridge preservation Matthew has also designed steel, prestressed concrete and cored slab bridges.

Josh graduated from NC State this past year with a major in Technology design Engineering Education. He started at NC State University in mechanical engineering but learned that he preferred the software aspect of design. He interned at Alpha & Omega Group during the 2022 – 2023 school year and started full–time at A&O in the Spring of 2023. His responsibilities include using AutoCAD and MicroStation to draft civil and structural plans, assisting with bridge inspections and other field assignments, and construction observation for municipal and private clients.
Donna O. Campbell
Administrative Assisstant
Donna has a wealth of experience in business accounting and bookkeeping. She manages the general accounting for A&O and processes all bookkeeping which includes reconciling bank statements, credit reports, quarterly tax reporting, company payroll and project invoicing. Donna works closely with project managers to ensure proper and accurate invoicing for active projects.

Administrative Assisstant
Nancy joined Alpha & Omega Group in May 2019 with more than 30 years of experience in technical writing, marketing coordination and office administration. She manages human resources for A&O and assists the marketing team with preparation and distribution of marketing materials and project proposals.
