Site Plan Development and Approval
Alpha & Omega Group was selected to be part of the First Assembly of God’s site plan development team, offering civil engineering services, with The Roberts Group + Fanning Howey in the beginning of 2008.
For the Site Plan Approval Process, A&O’s scope of services include, developing a Site Plan and site construction documents, minor renovation to existing building spaces and additional on-site parking plans.
The project sits on 14 acres and includes approximately 27,500 square feet of new educational space, 1,600 square feet of Nursery renovation, 8,300 square feet of atrium renovation and 1,000 square feet of a new ramp corridor for a total of approximately 38,400 square feet of new construction. Ω
