St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church
Drainage Repair Assessment and Design
Alpha & Omega Group performed civil engineering services for St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church to determine the cause of a leakage as well as to provide a drainage system.
In October of 2020, a pool of water was discovered in the basement of the church, without any apparent cause and without stopping. Later, two leakages were discovered close to the site of a recently constructed columbarium. It was assumed that the recently changed utilities were the cause of the trouble.
A&O worked to review the original design plans, performed a visual inspection of the site to assess the current conditions, and developed the details necessary to repair and correct the drainage system. They also provided construction observation of the repairs, coming on site to photograph the ongoing work. Ω
