Pettigrew State Park
Maintenance Buildings
Alpha & Omega Group provided professional civil and structural engineering services for Pettigrew State Park’s maintenance building and public restroom building at the Pocosin site as a consultant to Davenport Architecture and Design.
Civil site responsibilities included minor grading, staking, potable water service, onsite septic system design, stormwater management, and erosion and sedimentation control for the maintenance building and Romtec toilets. Preparations of construction specifications for civil site items, and LEED certification for civil and structural components were also included.
Structural responsibilities included design and preparation of plans for foundation, floor slab, and roof framing, including assisting with bidding, construction administration, and closeout. Ω
